WHO: K-6th Graders who are interested in learning field hockey basics and playing in games. Open to beginners to intermediate athletes. Join the Fun!
2026 FALL LOCAL LEAGUE
Bessant Field & Marion Diehl Locations
Expect 7 sessions between September 1 and October 17. Sessions will include 30 minutes of skill development and end with team game play. You can request teammates! The season will end with our Julie Firr Memorial Tournament on October 17 at Matthews SportsPlex.
*Registrations after 8/1/26 will be charged a $25 late fee.*
AMBUSH DIVISIONS AND DETAILS
Kindergarten- 2nd Grade
When: 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/24- 1:30-2:45pm
Where: Marion Diehl Park (Adaptive Turf) - 2219 Tyvola Road
End of Season Tournament: 10/17 @ Matthews Sportsplex

3rd-4th Graders
When: 9/12(S), 9/21 (M), 9/26 (S), 9/28 (M), 10/5 (M), 10/10 (S), 10/12(M)
Mondays: 5-6:15pm
Saturdays: 3-4:15pm

Required Equipment: Outdoor Field Hockey Stick, Mouthguard, Shinguards, proper footwear (turf shoes or sneakers, molded soccer cleats are NOT recommended for Marion Diehl Adaptive Field and cleats are NOT ALLOWED for play at Bessant Field) adequate water/hydration drinks.
