NEW for 2019: PLEASE READ

We are excited to offer academy style training in our competitive division. These are group training sessions led by some of our most experienced coaches with a focus on intense skill development (stick skills, passing, and indoor field hockey knowledge). Additionally, each practice training session will incorporate small sided game play to ensure players are given an opportunity to apply their skills in game like situations.

The first four weeks of the season are academy style practice training sessions.

The final four weeks of the season players will be placed on teams and compete in intra-club games; the culmination of the season will be the End of Season (EOS) Indoor Tournament.

NOTE: Within the competitive division, there will be varying levels of player experience.

One day a week commitment.
