Summer Workouts

Summer is almost here! We have some fun sessions to keep you in shape over the summer and prepare you for your fall seasons. We think we are offering something for everyone. Below is a quick overview and click here for an easy to read printout of the summer schedule. 

Ambush Competitive League Athletes, Beginners and Intermediate Athletes: 
At our “School Prep” sessions you can refresh your stick skills and start to get in shape for the fall. This is a drop in program. The cost is $10 per session. You will be asked to sign a new waiver the first session you attend. Location: Bessant Field - Queens Sportsplex (CLICK HERE FOR GOOGLE MAP)

Current Select Athletes:

  • You can attend our Skills and Conditioning Sessions. These are drop in sessions on Tuesday/Thursday mornings from 11-12:30 pm. The cost is $10 per session.
  • Also – don’t forget we are offering the OrthoWellness Speed & Agility Training.Summer hours will be Monday/Wednesday mornings from 9-10:30. Email Jason at [email protected] to register and for more details.
  • J Check out the College Recruiting Sessions being offered in July. Free for all current Select Athletes; no need to sign up - just show up!  

 

Alumnae/Rising College Freshmen/Adults
Check out our Monday afternoon Skills and Conditioning Sessions. Work with new Ambush coach Joey to improve skills like drag flicks and corner skills.  You can also attend our Wednesday night scrimmages with adults. Also – any alumnae interested in coaching this summer – email [email protected].
